A Powerful Shift: This Is Happening For Me…
Just like all of you, I've faced a number of challenges and uncertainties throughout my life. And, one of the most powerful ways I’ve been able to embrace a growth mindset is by making a shift from: "This is happening TO me" to "This is happening FOR me” and from “I have to do this” to “I get to do this.”
The Importance of Connection
Empathy—feeling as and with another being—dials up connection. While a specific situation may be unique, the feelings associated with it are usually not. So if we’re able to open ourselves up to connecting at the level of feeling, we unlock a path forward from isolation to something much more empowering.
The Gift...
Present moment attention is truly a gift that you can give to both yourself and others. When we can remain in the here and now with both our body and our mind, the science shows that we are more content.
An Invitation for the Holidays
In the spirit of the holiday season, The Inseus Team is giving ourselves the gift of time and will be unplugging from work and technology whenever possible over these next few weeks. In order to remain fully present and make the most of your time during the weeks ahead, we invite you to do the same!
It’s Not Time to Give Up. It’s Time to Do The Work.
This is the beginning, not the end. We need people who have compassionate vision, empathy, and insight to stand up, lean in, listen to all sides, and create something incredible out of whatever may change in the years to come. So take your time to feel. And then take that energy and channel it into action.

Work-Life Harmony: Simpler Than You Think
Achieving harmony between your work and personal life may feel like a pie in the sky goal, but let’s boil it down. At the most basic level, it’s nothing more than setting boundaries.
Shifting Mindset Starts and Ends with Mindfulness
Often, in order to access the awareness that arises with mindfulness, we are required to pause—in a way that is open, nonjudgmental, and curious. Without mindful awareness, we are unable to see clearly, expand perspective, shift mindset, and access a new way of being.
What Are You Learning in Earth School?
What if we embraced the idea that we are not human beings with souls, but rather we are souls, having a human experience? And, it just so happens that we’re having this textured human experience on a place called Earth, or more specifically Earth School.
Spring Cleaning
Spring is the perfect time to clear out your mental space: What mental cobwebs could you sweep away in order to appreciate your life more fully? Where do you need to ‘freshen up’ your beliefs or attitude? What do you need to let go of so that you can spring forward?
Creating Space
Retreats offer the opportunity to create much needed space—to step away from routine, shift from “doing mode” to “being mode”, and dedicate purposeful time to what matters most.
Introducing the Inseus Method...
As we continue our commitment to transforming lives and empowering authentic humans, our name continues to both inspire what we do and symbolize what we stand for. This will be truer than ever in 2024 as we prepare to launch The Inseus Method…
Grateful for The Work
Byron Katie has developed a simple methodology to reduce suffering and access peace, called The Work. As we head into the holiday season and gatherings with family and loved ones, I know it’s going to affect the way I show up and engage with others and I’d like to share it with you in the hopes that it offers you the same.
