Program Benefits
The Leadership Experience may be customized to your organization’s unique needs, making it easy to implement and scale. The typical program takes place over the course of 12 months and includes the following components:
Pre and Post Assessments to measure opportunities and impact
In-Person Experiences—Four, full-day learning and team-building experiences, delivered on a quarterly basis to the entire organization or a subset of critical individuals
Ongoing Integration Strategy:
Library of resources, daily practice opportunities, and buddy system to support building new habits
Zoom sessions delivered monthly in between each in-person session to check in, refresh previous content, and introduce new concepts
Executive Coaching—Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals or small groups
