Mindfulness as a Way of Life.
An engaging, interactive, and experiential exploration of mindfulness, this course is designed for those that have graduated from an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (or similar mindfulness training) and are dedicated to realizing potential in all aspects of life, through practice and community. Virtual classes deploy a simple technology platform to bring all participants together live, creating engagement, interaction, and connection.
Outcomes include: improved resilience, well-being, and the ability to navigate uncertainty and change; plus a deepened connection to purpose, the ability to access creative and strategic insights, and improved relationships. Mindfulness 2.0 uses real life moments to interrupt the cycle of autopilot and stress reactivity, expand perspective, and develop new ways to respond wisely and effectively. Throughout the course, you’ll engage in expanded learning & science modules on empathy, compassion, motivation, positive psychology, and mindful communication. Learn to rewire neural networks, reduce cortisol levels, improve cognition, memory & executive function, and access more contentment.
Create a space between stimulus and response, leading to a healthier, more resilient, productive and peaceful you.
