Mindfulness as a Way of Life.
An intensive, experiential exploration of mindfulness, this advanced MBSR course is designed for mindfulness practitioners that have graduated from an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (or similar mindfulness training) and are dedicated to deepening their mindfulness practice.
Our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course teaches the principles and practice of mindfulness, leading to increased focus, self & situational awareness, and emotional regulation, while decreasing stress, improving well-being, and heightening effectiveness in all aspects of life. MBSR 2.0 builds on MBSR by taking real life moments of reactivity and stress to interrupt the cycle of autopilot, conditional response and bias, as an observer. Additional learning modules on mindful communication, motivation, empathy and compassion included. Rewire neural networks, reduce cortisol levels, improve cognition, memory & executive function, and respond with insight. Create a space between stimulus and response, leading to a healthier, more resilient, productive and peaceful you.
Led by Inseus founder, Ashley Nelson, a former corporate executive, certified mindfulness and yoga teacher. Additional certifications in progress at UC San Diego’s Mindfulness Based Professional Training Institute and the SIY Leadership Institute.
