Mindfulness as a Way of Life.
With all that is going on in the world right now, there’s no better time to lean into mindfulness and self-care. Join us on Tuesday evenings for the Inseus Community Circle to practice various mixed modality mindfulness and centering practices and connect with a community of curious, like-minded friends. As we all continue to navigate uncertainty and change, learn simple and practical techniques to reduce stress, calm the senses, and focus inward.
This Community Circle is open to people of all ages and no previous mindfulness experience is necessary. We hope you’ll join us with your friends, your co-workers, your family, even your kids!
Led by an Inseus team of certified teachers who want to offer a space to gather, refresh, de-stress, and connect with purpose and community.
Led by Ashley Nelson, Anuka Gazara-Anthony, & Stefanie Harris. Ashley is a Certified SIY Teacher, Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, executive coach, certified hatha yoga instructor, and a former senior leader at a Fortune 500 company. Anuka is a Certified SIY Teacher, trained Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing Practitioner, and has extensive experience supporting organizations in Human Resources, Program Management, and Executive Officer roles. Stefanie is a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher, executive coach, and a former senior leader at a Fortune 10 company.
When: Four Tuesday evening virtual sessions: September 22nd - October 13th, 6:00 - 7:00 PM Central Time.

Single Session Drop-In: $20.00

A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Covenant House, a non-profit organization providing housing and supportive services to youth facing homelessness.
